As well as a small spa complex with exclusive sauna services from the hostess in a neighbouring residential building, which gave the name to the whole institution.
A well-groomed green area borders on a forest, there is a place for children to be active, and to jump and swing on the playground. Parents also can let go of emotions.
The sea and the noisy town centre with restaurants and shops will take you into their arms after a 6-minute drive, or after a pleasant walk through the forest for 20 minutes.

The complex is surrounded by picturesque pine forest, 6 minutes drive from the seaside. Near the house, there is a private parking, the Ķīšupe railway station is a 15-minute walk away.
Well-developed infrastructure
In walking distance, there is a local grocery store, and since the Villa is located in a charming coastal town, you can easily find all the attractions, bars, restaurants, shops and playgrounds in the center of the city.

The houses are fully equipped - a heat pump for colder times and a conditioner for the summer, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a kitchen with an induction plate, a microwave oven and a coffee machine. The territory is under security and video surveillance.
